Our Approach

Fortinet’s mobile exhibit was a 53-foot custom vehicle, expandable to a 1,000 square foot interior, designed to support three distinct business scenarios: a trade show display, a classroom-style setting, and an executive briefing center. Each scenario required unique traffic flows, product arrangements, and communication tools. The design reflected Fortinet’s image and their exceptional solutions, ensuring each visitor had a customized experience, whether through a self-tour or direct engagement with product specialists.

The Results

The vehicle was branded comprehensively, creating a vibrant presence on the road, at trade shows, or client locations. Inside, technical innovations included touch screen kiosks, smart panel boards, and teleconferencing capabilities. The “Fast and Secure Tour” connected prospects, customers, referrals, and influencers to Fortinet dynamically and memorably, generating millions of advertising impressions and significantly increasing engagement with key decision-makers. This strategy led to long-term success and a remarkable return on investment for Fortinet.
